Immediate opening: fry cook (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Johnston County, North Carolina. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits.
