Powder coating sprayer — Ondo West

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Ondo West, Ondo State. You will be based on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process You will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches.
