Concrete finisher wanted in Comal County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Comal County, Texas. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Your main tasks: • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
