Fire and safety officer wanted in Saint Clair County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Saint Clair County, Michigan. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot You will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
