Confectioner — Schuyler County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Schuyler County, Missouri. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
