Heavy equipment operator (dozer) — La Crosse County

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a land-clearing site. You should have: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain On a typical shift you will grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $25 per hour plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
