We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Washington County, Indiana. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
