We are recruiting: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in Lawrence County, Illinois. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. On a typical shift you will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
