Great opportunity: powder coating sprayer (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Saint Clair County, Michigan. The job is in a busy paint shop. You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 2+ years on the tools preferred.
