Shuttering fixer wanted in Polk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Polk County, Oregon. Requirements: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Day-to-day duties: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
