HGV driver — Pearl River County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a HGV driver in Pearl River County, Mississippi. The job is on long-haul routes across the country. What we are looking for: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Confident with manual handling and load securing Your main tasks: • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards Six days a week, one day off.
