Urgent requirement: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Freestone County, Texas. The job is on a high-rise building project. Your main tasks: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date You should have: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
