Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
