Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. The role involves weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
