Cnc production machinist — Wichita County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Wichita County, Texas. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Your main tasks: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Six days a week, one day off.
