Immediate opening: we are hiring a punch press operator in Dickenson County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely You should have: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
