Telesales agent — East Renfrewshire

Join our team: we are hiring a telesales agent in East Renfrewshire, Scotland. You will be based in a shopping mall outlet. Day to day you will collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; plan the route and visit retailers on the beat; meet daily and monthly sales targets; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; check stock levels and raise reorder requests. Requirements: • Comfortable meeting daily sales targets • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience 5+ years on the tools preferred.
