Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Marion County, West Virginia. On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
