Scullery hand • Wood County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Wood County, Ohio. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 5+ years on the tools preferred.
