Fabricator-welder wanted in Franklin Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Franklin Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a structural steel site. You will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
