Site carpenter — Cleveland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Cleveland County, North Carolina. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Own basic hand tools • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
