We are recruiting: we are hiring a pool car driver in Cumberland County, Maine. Ideal candidate: • Able to read maps and use GPS navigation • Physically fit to load and unload goods by hand • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts On the job you will handle: • Load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes • Maintain the vehicle logbook and record opening and closing mileage • Drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules • Carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights • Park and reverse safely in tight loading bays and narrow lanes • Keep fuel receipts and update the daily trip sheet At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. We offer $30 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
