Line cook wanted in Menifee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Menifee County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
