Great opportunity: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Franklin County, Indiana. The job is in a residential garden complex. Day to day you will dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters. What we are looking for: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
