Backhoe operator wanted in Caldwell Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Caldwell Parish, Louisiana. On a typical shift you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat 2+ years on the tools preferred.
