Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Garfield County, Nebraska. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts.
