Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Mohave County, Arizona. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Rotating shifts.
