Rebar installer wanted in Story County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar installer in Story County, Iowa. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder Requirements: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
