Scullery hand • Grant County, New Mexico

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Grant County, New Mexico. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
