We are recruiting: waterproofing applicator (Minnesota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Hubbard County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy building site. The role involves: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Full-time with occasional weekends.
