We are recruiting: mobile crane operator (Mississippi)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Lafayette County, Mississippi. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. On the job you will handle: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity What we are looking for: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • A good head for heights for tower crane work At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
