Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
