We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Albany County, New York. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
