Elevator technician • East Carroll Parish, Louisiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator technician in East Carroll Parish, Louisiana. On the job you will handle: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring 2+ years on the tools preferred.
