Moulder — Union County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a moulder in Union County, Florida. On a typical shift you will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
