Core maker wanted in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area

Immediate opening: we are hiring a core maker in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area, Lagos State. Day to day you will cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Basic grinding and fettling skills Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
