Now hiring: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Borough of Tameside, England. You will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
