Great opportunity: back-of-house cleaner (Maryland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Saint Mary's County, Maryland. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On a typical shift you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
