Vacancy available: excavator operator (Iowa)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an excavator operator in Union County, Iowa. The role involves: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
