Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling The role involves: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
