Aluminium TIG welder wanted in Wilkinson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Wilkinson County, Mississippi. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work You will run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish.
