Steel fixing chargehand — Potter County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Potter County, South Dakota. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. The role involves: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $20 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
