Steel fixer wanted in Hendry County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel fixer in Hendry County, Florida. You will be based on a busy residential building site. You should have: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling The role involves: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
