Refrigeration technician — New York County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in New York County, New York. You will work on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders The role involves: • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter Part-time with flexible hours.
