Coating plant operator wanted in Shawano County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Shawano County, Wisconsin. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
