Render and set plasterer • Newton County, Mississippi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Newton County, Mississippi. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. You should have: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites On a typical shift you will polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
