PVC window fabricator • Johnson County, Kentucky

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Johnson County, Kentucky. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. Your main tasks: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
