Bread baker wanted in Presque Isle County

On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
