Ideal candidate: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift Day-to-day duties: • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
