Day to day you will replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Part-time with flexible hours.
